Terms & Conditions for #StrandsOfChange Campaign

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By participating in the “Strands of Change” campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Your participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Campaign Overview
   The “Strands of Change” campaign is organised by Vatika Naturals to encourage individuals to pledge their commitment to supporting gender parity for women. Participants can submit their pledges through the campaign landing page.
3. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• The campaign is open to residents of the UK.
• Only one entry per participant is allowed.

4. How to Participate

• Fill in your name and email address on the campaign landing page.
• Submit your pledge (within 140 characters) detailing how you will support women in your personal, professional, or social life.
• Agree to the Terms & Conditions and confirm your eligibility by ticking the mandatory checkboxes.
• Entries must be submitted between March 8^th to March 31^st, 2025.

5. Content Usage & Social Media Rights

• By submitting a pledge, participants grant Vatika Naturals the right to use, share, and display their pledge on the brand’s official social media platforms, website, and marketing materials.
• The content may be edited for clarity or presentation purposes without altering the core message.
• Participants will not be entitled to any compensation for the use of their pledge.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

• Participants’ personal information (name and email) will be collected for the purpose of this campaign and may be used for future marketing and promotional activities by Vatika Naturals.

• Data will be securely stored and retained for future engagement purposes. Non-selected data will be reviewed periodically and deleted if deemed unnecessary.

• Vatika Naturals will not share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.
• By submitting their pledge, participants agree to the Organizer’s data processing practices outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
• Participants may opt to receive marketing communications from Vatika Naturals by ticking the designated checkbox. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

7. Disqualification & Moderation

• Any pledge that contains offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content will be disqualified.
• Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will not be considered.

8. General Conditions

• Vatika Naturals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• The company is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any disruptions affecting participation.
• Participants agree to indemnify Vatika Naturals against any claims arising from their submitted pledge.

9. Governing Law
   These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales for UK participants. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the respective courts.
